We all need a quick, healthy recipe for weekdays and weekends. You can swap out the tofu for chicken, shrimp or really any other protein you are craving!
1 cup cooked Brown Rice
1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon Ponzu
Sprinkle black or white sesame seeds
Roast asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower
Slice 1 small cucumber
