5 Minute Vegan Caesar Dressing
We recently worked with Amy Rosoff Davis, celebrity trainer and nutritional guru. She has an incredible take on a vegan caesar dressing. It only takes about 5 minutes and you can place everything into a blender and pulse. Super easy, delicious and yes—healthy!


INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
4 tsp Capers
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce*
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp White Vinegar
1/2 Seaweed sheet paper
