Work it Out

KORAL Sweeper sports bra

For me working out is a type of mediation. It gets me going when I feel tired, jet lagged or just over all, ugh! I can remember going to the gym with my mom and walking on the stair master when I was 15. Fast forward to running Division I Track and Field at Georgetown, to running the New York City Marathon In 2001, to doing yoga, pilates, Body by Simone, private trainers like Amy Rosoff Davis to Tracy Anderson classes and the list goes on. If it’s out there, I have either have tried it or want to try it out.

The right gear gets me through every workout and now that we live in the athleisure society, there is no shortage of workout sets that make you look and feel good. I had such a  blast at Bandier trying on a  bunch of different looks. Here are a few of my favorites!

We’re obsessed with their guitar pick earrings and their Tablet necklaces and just want to be cool enough to throw them on. Here’s to hoping (and shopping!).
